Join us for a conversation with Lindsey Keck, Co-Founder of Unlimited Boundaries. Lindsey recently moved to Costa Rica where she is focused on learning Spanish and cultural immersion. The move deepened her appreciation for the importance of developing cultural awareness, particularly in the workplace. With a background in mindfulness, change management, and organizational development, Lindsey will be joining us to talk about her experiences as a minority in a new culture and how they offered her a new perspective on the challenges faced by employees who come from different backgrounds or whose first language isn’t English. She will offer practices and techniques to help foster new levels of understanding to navigate differences in the workplace. We hope you join the conversation!
